Prime Direct Care was founded in early 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic highlighted critical gaps in accessible, timely healthcare. Patients were increasingly frustrated by long waits for appointments, hours in crowded waiting rooms, and unpredictable costs. Recognizing the need for change, we established a practice based on the Direct Primary Care model—a modern approach designed to make healthcare simple, affordable, and accessible.

NP Randolph is excellent! She listens to you and takes the time to address all your concerns. It's refreshing to have a medical practitioner who treats you like you are her only patient. Thank you so much for all that you do.

I am alot high maintenance and a bit hypochondriacal. Dr Bridget handles both patients deftly. She is caring, professional, efficient, and has an excellent bedside manner, which puts me thoroughly at ease.

Even though this site was really busy the gentleman administering the Covid test operated in an expeditious fashion and was very professional.
My results were back within 24 hours, via email without any hiccups.

Came here for a drive thru COVID-19 test and was helped quickly and everything was smooth and easy.
From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel right at home. The premises are gorgeous! We were greeted by a wonderful office manager who led us into several rooms filled with treatment options. The possibilities were endless from Botox to IV hydration therapy. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I live the in city, but it was worth the traveling distance. I tried the IV Lipo Shot and I am so excited to see the results. I shall definitely be returning!
